Are kits always printed in the same color? ​

No, generally kits are printed in a random color as kits are expected to be primed and painted.

What is an HD kit? ​

HD kits are kits that are printed on our resin printers in tough resin, these require significantly less finishing work and are durable tough resin. If you hate sanding and just want something to piece together and paint, this is for you. Sadly though there are limitations for printing in resin, so we only offer a limited amount of props in HD but if you would like a kit that we don't currently offer in HD, please feel free to contact us.

Can you make me this? ​

Generally, yes, yes we can. If you'd like to commission us to make a cosplay or prop or display item for your event or other venue, please feel free to contact us for a quote.

I need something 3d printed, do you offer printing services? ​

Yep, sure do, generally we charge about 2-5$ an hour + a 20$ start up fee per print job. 

 

How do i finish a kit?

Generally you want to use super glue for assembly, bondo or another filler for gaps then sand everything smooth then finally prime and paint. Where's my stuff?

Finished props take a significant amount of more time than kits, so if your purchasing a finished prop rather than a kit, please take note of the additional processing time in the product description and let me know if you have any other questions. Also please note that fully finished item timing is an estimate rather that a locked down date, all finished props are a 1 off piece so take awhile to complete and may or may not take a bit longer than estimated to complete depending on workload. If you need something by a certain con date feel free to contact me and we'll see what we can do :)

Generally ship out USPS however if you have a special request please let us know 

 

Returns & Refunds

Generally everything is made to order, so we do not accept returns for the most part, however if there is a problem feel free to contact us and we'll see what we can do :) Deposits and payment plans are non-refundable but if work has not begun on your commission, the funds may be moved to other items or another project.
